Submission Method

You have 3 options to attend ICEIM
As Author, you will publish the manuscript and deliver paper presentation on ICEIM, orally or poster presentation. You must submit Full-length Manuscript for review before the submission deadline.
As Presenter, you can deliver a presentation on ICEIM, but the presented manuscript WILL NOT be published. Abstract is necessary to submit.
As Delegate, you can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.

Submission Guideline

Official language in ICEIM conference is English in paper writing and presentation. Please format your paper according to the template. And the submitted papers should be no less than 6 pages. The submission without enough content may lead to direct paper rejection in the preliminary review.
Accepted full papers will be published and invited to present at the conference. But accepted abstracts will be invited to present at the conference only. The abstracts will not be published, but will be included in the conference abstract brochure. Welcome you to submit the paper or abstract by Electronic Submission System or by email (Email: iceim_conf@vip.163.com).

Important Dates

Submissions Deadline for Full Paper or Abstract:June 25, 2026 (Final Call)
Paper and Abstract's Acceptance: July 10, 2026
Camera-Ready Manuscripts Due: July 15, 2026
Registration Deadline: July 15, 2026

Review

The program committees will use a double-blind review process to evaluate papers based on scientific merit, innovation, relevance, and presentation, etc. Submitted papers must describe original work that has not been published before or is under review by another conference or journal at the same time. Each submission will be checked for any significant similarity to previously published works or for simultaneous submission to other archival venues, and such papers will be rejected directly.

Policies

ICEIM Conference, like other scientific and technical conferences and journals, prohibits the following practices and may take action against authors who have committed them. And the submission would be rejected directly if it is found.
Simultaneous submission of the same work to multiple venues
Submission of previously published work
Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism
